We will schedule an in-home consultation with one of our design professionals to help finalize your selections and ensure that everything you order will perfectly compliment your home décor and meet your functional needs.
CAN YOU HELP ME SELECT THE RIGHT PRODUCTS?
Yes! Our design professionals will walk you through the choices available and ask the right questions, to help you create a personalized and distinctive look that fits your lifestyle, needs and budget.
WHO DOES THE MEASURING?
Our products are custom made and inaccurate measurements could cost you money and delay you from receiving your window treatments. Our installers are certified to measure and install your blinds, shades or shutters and will guarantee they fit perfectly.
HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY?
We require a 75% deposit on all custom-made products at the time you place your order and the balance due at installation. We except cash, checks, and major credit cards.
ARE YOUR PRICES COMPETITIVE?
Yes! When you experience our combination of quality, services, expertise and product selections, you will know our prices are more than competitive.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY WINDOW TREATMENTS?
We will let you know during your consultation which products may take longer than others to manufacture, as all of our products are custom made to your exact specifications.
